Many times we worry about tomorrow’s stuff without first living and handling today. To have a healthy mind, we must first have healthy thoughts. It’s impossible not to become anxious when you’re already thinking about tomorrow. It’s like living 48 hours within a 24 hours window.
When I begin to worry – it’s usually because I am trying to do everything by myself.
When I am at peace, is when I remember that God is in control.
A confused mind leads to depression and self-condemnation. A confused mind is like having a glass jar filled with marbles and you keep tossing them around. Eventually the glass jar will break and all the marbles will scatter on the flow.
God never created us to worry about tomorrow because He knows the stuff we are worrying about may or may not happen….What if the worst happen? ….If God brings you to it, He will take you through it.
We can depend on God: ‘God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when that time comes.’
Overthinking is never a brilliant thing. Keep your mind off things that do not help you.
