Grandparents Are Proud Of Their Grandchildren

“Grandparents are proud of their grandchildren, just as children are proud of their parents.” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭17:6‬ ‭GNT‬‬

These are my grandkids and today I celebrate them. I have chosen words to speak over their lives and I pray that one day – they can look back at this and thank God that they had a praying Mama and a praying Papa.

To my grandkids:

  • Keep God first
  • Be prepared to stand alone
  • Show me your friends and I will tell you who you are
  • If it feels wrong, don’t do it
  • Be kind to yourself
  • Don’t be afraid to say, NO
  • Don’t try to please everyone
  • Never speak badly about yourself
  • Avoid overthinking, focus on what to do next
  • You will always find security in God’s undying Love for you
  • You were prayed for every day 365 days in the year
  • A person’s heart is tested by GOD
  • Respected people do not tell lies
  • Bad company corrupts good manners
  • Remembering wrongs can break up friendships
  • Intelligent people learn from correction
  • Stop an argument before it goes any further
  • Don’t be responsible for other people’s debts
  • Foolish children bring grief and bitter regret to their parents
  • People who stay calm have great insight
  • Being happy keeps you healthy

Grandparents are proud of their grandchildren!!

  1. What a blessing to read the words spoken over your grandchildren. They are blessed indeed to have praying grandparents. May they ever walk before our GOD in HIS favor.

  2. Wow! They are so precious. Grand children being a level of unspeakable and incomprehensible joy. I love them. I pray for them daily and enjoy speaking and doing things with them.
