To my newly added followers and to those who have been following me over the last year — just a little info to let you know that my blogs are written by my daily inspiration and it is meant to encourage and to give hope during some of the most challenging and difficult times in life.
Once upon a time I was a little girl who dreamt of being a missionary. Today, after many years of raising my family — God has graciously allow me to reach many countries through my writings. I’m a zillion times grateful that I didn’t disappoint myself.
My writings are varied in topics. They are faith building and inspiring to me first and only then do I pass them on to you.
“I don’t know about you, but I’m running hard for the finish line. I’m giving it everything I’ve got. No sloppy living for me! I’m staying alert and in top condition.
I’m not going to get caught napping, telling everyone else all about it and then missing out myself.”
1 Corinthians 9:26-27 MSG
I’m more inclined to writing on topics dealing with — Godly principles, family life, hurts, pain, how to detect negative and positive thoughts, abuse, and emotional issues. I use the Bible as my foundation to guide and to direct my thinking patterns.
I choose to prioritize my personal relationship with God in most of my writings. Why? I find it wise to develop a trusting relationship with God.
Every other relationship has the potential to fail and disappoint you — since no human being is perfect enough to live with an imperfect person without God’s help. And for this — we have Jesus.
The Bible says, God will not cause us pain without allowing something new to be born. Every painful experience that you go through in life — God promises you and I that something NEW will be born. God shares His secrets with those that trust Him.
Life is NOT a race, neither a dress rehearsal, neither a walk in the park, it’s definitely not a party nor a day at the beach.
Life is having the courage each and everyday to let go of whatever you cannot change, and to move forward step by step.
Wherever you may be in your journey don’t quit now or look for detours— remember that it’s better to do something and be criticized than not to do anything and criticize others. Pause and think about this.
Lesson learnt…it takes guts and courage to stay focus on YOUR purpose in life.
Don’t forget in life you can always:
- start over
- be unsure
- look different
- act different
- try and fail
and STILL SUCCEED!
Shared moments in life: IF God shuts a door, stop banging on it. Trust God to open the right door that’s destined for you to walk through. Thank God for the past lessons in life and be ready to move on as He directs.
