If you get tired – learn to Rest. It’s not an excuse to quit or a cop out …but it’s giving yourself permission to Rest.
Today is one of those days where I just need to Rest. So my blog today is “It’s Okay To Rest”….
So many times we keep going and going … then suddenly ‘the not so fun’ feelings creep into our lives and … BAM we get all messed up emotionally.
Listening to your body is crucial to maintaining your health, your peace, your happiness and your endurance.
Don’t forget that we are humans and not machines….so it’s okay to Rest. No deep thinking. No perfection. No research. Just plain old Rest.
Just because you’re tired doesn’t mean that you have failed.
It’s okay if you get tired – just Rest.
