Have you ever meticulously prepared a gourmet dinner for your family, called everyone to the dinner table … and one by one they whined about something or everything on the table?
I’m sure it hurts…
How would you react if your fiancée sent this message to your best friend?
Sure go ahead and react like this:
When the Psalmist David says:
“I praise you because you made me in an amazing and wonderful way.
What you have done is wonderful.
I know this very well.
You saw my bones being formed as I took shape in my mother’s body.
When I was put together there, you saw my body as it was formed.
All the days planned for me were written in your book before I was one day old.”
Psalms 139:14-16 ICB
Have you ever taught for one moment how the All Wise Creator feels when we are unhappy about our looks, our race, our heights, our weight, our hair or our complexion?
God our Creator had a bigger and more personalized plan for EACH ONE of us. There’s DESTINY bound up inside of each of us waiting to be released….yet some folks hate most of their unique physical features and waste valuable time trying to recreate themselves.
There’s a planned purpose for each of us that has a LIMITED time on earth to be fulfilled.
Does God deserve some measure of credit and appreciation for His amazing handiwork? A resounding “YES!”
I know this very well.
The next time we step in front of a mirror, let’s shout out loud and clear “Thank you Jesus for your beautiful handiwork!”
Why would anyone want to be like someone else? Therefore who would be you? I find it difficult to imagine that someone would give up walking into their destiny just to be somebody else…
God taught we were perfect BEFORE we left our mother’s womb. Your height, the texture of your hair, the colour of your eyes, your nationality, your race were all carefully orchestrated by a PERFECT God who added the final touch before our arrival on earth.
No one is as beautiful as YOU.
Get this – from day ONE God wrote everything about YOU in His book. So don’t go missing now ….plan to live your last moments thanking God for choosing you to be alive to fulfill His purpose.
I trust my blog today will encourage someone to show God some love for meticulously forming you in your mother’s womb.
God’s thoughts towards you are more than the grains of sand.
When we wake up – God is still there and you know that very well. Let’s get on to the bigger picture of why we are here.
