Be a Voice not an Echo

I am a Christian not because I am repeating what others have told me or just blindly following a group of crazy religious people. The fact that I am a Christian makes me a different kind of woman.

Christianity is not a religion…it is a relationship with Jesus.

  1. I’m not perfect
  2. I make lots of mistakes
  3. I am no better than anybody else
  4. I don’t have it all together
  5. I am a Christian because I need Jesus.

Jesus is my friend. He speaks hope to me in times when I am confused and scared. He is my safety net so I am not afraid to do what I believe is right even though it may be unpopular. I know He always has my back.

My welfare is His personal concern. I’m safe, secured and I do not have to be afraid of ever being alone because He is always just a call away.

Jesus is my source. I’ve lived long enough to know what it is to be in need, and also to have plenty. I‘ve experienced difficult circumstances that had the potential to drown me, but my relationship with GOD kept me above the waters over and over again.

I know how it feels to be uncertain and fearful about my tomorrows...but a heart to heart talk with JESUS makes a huge difference.

When anxiety steps in, it’s important for me to find a quiet place to check in on what I’m focusing on. He promised to keep me in perfect peace when I keep my mind stayed on Him.

Fear kills my Faith. And, MY FAITH IN GOD ERADICATES FEAR.

God has the answers to all of life’s perplexing questions, and Satan’s job is to prevent us from consulting with God.

So guess what? I figured out that scenario years ago and made the decision to go before God with all of my perplexing questions.

We live in a very selfish world – there’s self-pity, self-centeredness, and self-serving. It’s always all about us. Serving God is a drag to people who are self-centered.

Note well: God ALWAYS have a faithful remnant that serves Him IN SPITE of other people’s opinions and choices.

The world notices the rich and famous … GOD notices those who fear and serve Him out of love.
