It’s emotionally healthy to be the kind of person who makes Monday mornings look like a Superhero. Believe in yourself and remember your thoughts are totally up to you.

Life is filled with hiccups…so keep going in spite of the discomfort and you wouldn’t regret it. Don’t waste time feeling sorry for yourself.

We don’t need to be rich, we only need enough bread for each day …and to be happy eating it.

If I think that I have to figure out everything…then I get anxious, very anxious. So I set my own pace by listening to music.

‘Plot change calls for a different song’.

Sometimes the songs we sing can bring back good or bad memories. I enjoy listening to music that would set the tone I want for the day.

I am the type of person who listens to the same playlists seven days a week because the lyrics speak the truth and snaps me out of overthinking.

Someone once said, “With the right music, you either forget EVERYTHING or remember EVERYTHING.”
