Thank you once again for another AMAZING week where great conversations happen. Let’s keep the conversations going.
Today’s topic is, ‘Nevertheless’
Every struggle isn’t a bad thing. Struggles develop character and character influences the choices we make in our lives. Quote: “Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass but learning to dance in the rain.” In other words – don’t allow anyone or anything to keep you back from becoming the best you can be.
The struggle is real but don’t wait for the bad events in life to go away. The more time you spend focusing on the sour lemons the more bitter they become. Some days it takes everything to keep going especially when the end seems nowhere in sight.
It feels like every time you get closer to the goalpost someone keeps moving it. Nevertheless, you must be disciplined. When expectations are not met – learn from the experiences and keep on shining. During the struggle don’t believe everything you think – trust God to see the hidden blessings.
When Satan comes along with his schemes and mercilessly crushes your hope – hang on God has a better plan. Quote: “The tiny seed knew that in order to grow it needed to be dropped in dirt, covered in darkness, and struggle to reach the light.” Darkness doesn’t mean that nothing is happening – it simply means you must keep reaching for the sunlight.
If you lose your grip command your heart to take courage. Satan will do anything to convince us that things are getting worse than better meanwhile God says to us ‘Get the shield of faith out for the battle must be won.’ Change the environment from Fear to Faith.
Faith is the full assurance that God’s got you. You cannot fall if you are standing on God’s promises. Fear of failure, fear of being judged, fear of tomorrow – God has you covered.
Every struggle isn’t a bad thing. Struggles develop character and character influences the choices we make. When God is with you – you will never fail.
It’s Prayer Time:
God, please grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change. The courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. I put everything in your hand today – my family, my health, my home, my fears, and feelings. You are the only One I trust with all I have and all I am. Thank you for carrying my struggles as I wait on your timing. In Jesus Name, Amen.
