Untangle Yourself from the Web
For some of us our sympathetic hearts often become tangled in other people’s web of emotions. Anxiety, dysfunctional behavior, lack of motivation, and questionable choices are warning signs that a person needs to pay attention to their current situation and make necessary changes.
We all have struggles, doubts, insecurities, and hardships but we can’t keep griping about things day after day hoping things will change. When the students of life are ready the teachers appear.
If life was easy, there would be no haves and have not. There will be no very wealthy and very poor. The truth is, we are running a race against time, so we don’t need a day to start over we simply need a determined mind.
Philippians 3: 12-15 Apostle Paul says, “I’m not saying that I have this all together, that I have it made. But I am well on my way, reaching out for Christ, who has so wondrously reached out for me. Friends don’t get me wrong: By no means do I count myself an expert in all of this, but I’ve got my eye on the goal, where God is motioning us onward—to Jesus. I’m off and running, and I’m not turning back. So, let’s keep focused on that goal, those of us who want everything God has for us.”
The tangled mess is never easy for anyone to get out of and the struggle is real, but you cannot push anyone up the ladder unless he or she is ready to climb.
Challenges come to prove to you that God believes in you, so start believing in yourself. He knows you are very capable of achieving greater things. Certainly, God can and will guide you on the right path, but He cannot force you to keep walking in it.
It’s always the right time to let go of our insecurities. Life is not easy there will always be competing forces. If you are not ready to climb out of those things that often holds you back, you will keep going back to whatever is your comfort state of mind. Why? Because you are not ready to face the challenge of a 1000 steps.
Here’s a little peek into the mind of someone who is not ready to take the difficult road to get to their destination taken from off the internet:
“I will be your master and you will be my slave. I will even go with you when you go to your grave. Now that you’ve met me what will you do? Will you help me or not? It’s all up to you. I will bring you misery than words can tell come take my hand I will lead you to hell.” The End.
If you are not convinced that God has a better plan for you, you will not do better in the world that is not designed for you to win. The strongest people are not those who show strength in front of you but those who win battle after battle that you know nothing about.
PRAYER TIME: Father, thank you that all we are and ever hope to be is found in you. Only you hold the blueprint to our life. We are grateful that we can do life with you. In Jesus Name, Amen
