SEPTEMBER 7 HEART TO HEART GROWN UP CONVERSATIONS

Today’s Topic: God will Help You

We will always have giants to kill so it’s either we kill them or they kill us. If there’s one thing I’ve learned about fear is that it silences your voice.

Giants are intimidating as you listen to the verbal threats screaming at you. Joyce Meyer says that the battlefield is in the mind. This is the time you need to affirm yourself of who you are in Christ. God has not given to you a spirit of fear but of love and a sound mind.

Satan on the other hand is doing his job by whispering lies and threats to you with the hope you will be severely intimidated and crippled with fear.

Matthew 6:34 says, “Give your entire attention to what God is doing right now, and don’t get worked up about what may or may not happen tomorrow. God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes.”

The devil the evil one wants to knock you off with intimidating words and fear. Why? Because his job is to keep you so fearful that you will not align yourself with the Word of God.

It’s an all out war that very few survives. Stop thinking of the worst-case scenario and stand up nice and tall until the devil sees he can’t break you for nothing.

Don’t lose confidence in God. You don’t have to know all the answers because your confidence is in the One who has all the answers.

The Lord will stand with you and gave you strength so that you could tell everyone everywhere that God destroyed every giant in your life. God will deafened you from hearing the verbal threats.

Let’s say it out loud, very loud “God will help me and I will have nothing to fear.” Those who come against you will have to answer to God. ‬‬

Begin speaking words of faith back to the giants in your life. You are destined to win. You may not see the giants falling but you can’t put a period where God has put a comma.

PRAYER TIME: Father, we do not have all the answers as to how the giants we face are going to fall but we are confident that the battle is not ours but yours. In Jesus Name, Amen

Let’s say it out loud, very loud “God will help me and I will not be afraid.”
