SEPTEMBER 21 HEART TO HEART GROWN UP CONVERSATIONS

Discover Your Purpose

God has a purpose for our lives, and He will accomplish it. No one is a mistake. No one holds your destiny.

God has numbered your days. Every birthday is another year that was already pre-planned by God, and He will fulfill every purpose He has for you. Your life has purpose and it’s the reason you get up every morning.

Purpose guides your decisions…hence is the reason having a relationship with God is beneficial so you don’t waste your life running after things that has no purpose for you.

Purpose gives you a sense of direction and meaning to life. Be purpose driven and you will never miss your target.

If you decide to save $1 a day at the end of 365 days you would have accumulated $365. If you decide to be a motivational speaker… start thinking and speaking positive thoughts. If you don’t have a plan, you don’t stand a chance of achieving anything.

A life is a terrible thing to waste. Find what makes you feel strong and you would have found your purpose. Let your strength lead you to your God-given purpose. God will accomplish everything He has preplanned for you.

Take a close look at your friends and listen to your conversations and it will be a great indication if you are walking into your purpose.

We hear all the time that life is short but a short life without purpose is wasted.

The dash on your gravestone shows the date you were born and the date of your death. That little line is the most significant part of your life. As the poem “The Dash” says, “For that little dash represents all the time they spent on earth and now only those who loved them know what that little line is worth.”

It’s Prayer Time: Father, thank you for the purpose you have for my life. May I walk obediently to your promptings as I do life with you. In Jesus Name, Amen.

FINALLY:
Life, if well lived, is long enough. Don’t die earlier than you’re kept alive. Find your purpose and pursue it with God.
