Today’s Topic: Reclaim Your Ground
A cluttered mind has too many tabs/thoughts all open at the same time. Your mind is not a storage unit. A cluttered mind makes the most noise at nights.
Your mind is one place where less is more. Unlike having a cluttered home you can’t keep empty boxes, trash, and items of no value in your mind.
Hoarding unhealthy thoughts affect your personality, you eat more junk and watch more TV. It also affects your family’s lives, and other close relationships.
A cluttered mind leads to impulsive decisions, drugs, alcohol, and waking up the next morning feeling overwhelmed. Like cleaning a cluttered home you must get rid of everything that’s toxic and harmful to your mental health and reclaim your space.
You don’t have a choice if you’re exhausted from the clutter and chaos of the mind. With the help of medical professionals and God …your chaos can turn into cheers of celebration.
Proverbs 15:22 says, “If you don’t ask for advice, your plans will fail. With many advisors, they will succeed.”
Clutter is not only what goes on in the home and in the mind. It’s anything that keeps you back from living your best life. A calm mind is a calm heart and a calm life.
God will help you rebuild the wasted areas of your life. Your foundation will be stronger for the next generation. God will repair the gap and restore the beaten down paths of your life.
A mind is a terrible thing to waste. Your life is worth living in the sunshine of your soul. Be careful how you think. Your life is shaped by your thoughts.
Get rid of anything that steals your joy. God is with you. You will not fail. This time next year you will be proud of the choices you made.
Prayer Time: Father, help us to cherish and hold those things that makes us feel strong. Help us to get rid of old habits, toxic thoughts, and hold fast to your Word. In Jesus Name, Amen.
