NOVEMBER 9 HEART TO HEART GROWN UP Conversations

Today’s Topic: Imitate Faith

The world says, ‘Fake it until you make it.’ Let us say, ‘We will faith it until we make it.’

Faith is not a feeling or an emotion.

Faith is having positive thoughts that God has the blue print to your entire life and He knows how to put all the chapters together making it a brilliant masterpiece.

Faith is the bridge over troubled waters.

Faith is refusing to participate in anything that will rob you of your confidence and the opportunities in front of you.

Faith is, if God is not going with me…I am not going because I trust His leading.

Faith is not letting your mistakes rob you of your tomorrows.

Faith is watching God remove the wrong people out of your way, and turning negative situations around.

Faith teaches us that the more we pray is the less we panic.

Faith is personalizing testimonies you heard from others how God turned them from a worrier into a warrior.

Faith is making sure you don’t start seeing yourself through the eyes of those who don’t believe in you.

Faith is knowing that some days are better, and some days are worse, but you choose to remain positive and strong.

When you stand in uncertainty, you will hear a voice saying, “This is the way. Now follow it.” Don’t throw your faith away because you are not seeing the end.

Find friends who will sit with you and say, “Let’s have faith” instead of sitting and crying with you. The reason people find it so hard to believe God is that their present situation looks far worse than it really is. Don’t let what you see make you forget who God is.

Psalms 16:7-8 “I praise the Lord because he taught me well. Even at night he put his instructions deep inside my mind. I always remember that the Lord is with me. He is here, close by my side, so nothing can defeat me.”

Prayer Time: Father, thank you that you are working everything for our good and our faith will grow through it all. In Jesus Name, Amen.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to walk in faith. Faith is, even when things are outside my control, God will calm my heart and His love will let me know it’s okay.
