Today’s Topic: “Not So Fast”
The ability to trust God when it looks like someone keeps moving the goal post every time you were about to win – demands another level of trust.
It can be very easy to lose faith and quickly turn to self-pity and unbelief when things aren’t going as you would love it to be.
Get rid of the mess so you can start living in a healthy and clean environment. Get rid of old messages that reminds you of pain. Don’t live 2021 over and over again. You don’t live there anymore.
Stop beating yourself up. We are a work in progress. I literally have to remind myself that no matter how many mistakes I make – I’m still making progress.
Stay positive. Don’t give up. You are racing against yourself. Working to achieve your goals is better than just sitting down and wishing for them to happen. Talk less. Do more.
This year promise yourself to invest in yourself. Your current situation is giving you the opportunity to stop making excuses and start making new choices to change your destiny.
Stay positive. Count your blessings. Be grateful. God may not show you the entire staircase but He will definitely give enough light to show you that you can trust Him with the unknown.
The Word of God gives us hope. Proverbs 24:16 “For though the righteous fall seven times, they rise again.”
Resilience is the determination to bounce back quickly from difficult situations.
The wasted and unproductive areas of your life – God can cause the sun to stand still as He prepares you to become a masterpiece.
Having faith doesn’t prevent you from having problems, but faith helps you to remain at peace in the midst of uncertainty.
It’s funny that everything we are looking for is found in Jesus … yet we keep looking for answers away from Jesus.
Jeremiah 29:11 “I want to do many good things for you,’ the Lord says. ‘I want you to become rich and strong, and I do not want to hurt you. I want you to believe that you will have a good future life.”
Stop looking for God in all the wrong places.
Trust the Lord with all your heart and don’t lean on your own understanding. To be alive is a gift. Don’t throw it away.
Prayer Time: Father, remove any form of discouragement, weariness, or anything that will steal our confidence away from you. In Jesus Name, Amen.
Don’t lose hope. Become mature to wait on God. When the time is right, God will make things happen.
