GROWN UP CONVERSATIONS with JUNE DOYLE

TODAY’S TOPIC: EXHALE CONFIDENCE AND CHEER FOR YOURSELF

We don’t give ourselves enough credit because we care too much about what other people think. Practice CLAPPING LOUD FOR YOURSELF. Encouragement is an inside job.

JOURNAL the journey, it makes a great review mirror. Quote: “There’s only one way to avoid criticism – do nothing. Say nothing. And be nothing.”

Become your BIGGEST FAN. There’s no competition to building a team. Let your work make the noise. Be the best version of yourself.

Failure hits hard because we are human but the lessons learned is empowering. Be positive. You become wiser when you remember where you stumbled.

Stay strong in the chaos and make others wonder how you did it. You are not waiting for approval. You are having fun being awesome. Travel through life light. Leave excessive baggage behind.

Go after the things you love doing and do them well. You are not a carbon copy. You can never be great unless you love what YOU do.

Everyone is not perfect at everything and that’s what makes you unique in what you do. There’s enough room in the world for everyone to be successful in their OWN way.

Stop fearing what people say. You can be the kindest person on this earth and people will still have something to say. The little girl in you is depending on you to protect her.

It’s never too late to set another goal. Set a goal that makes you want to jump out of bed on a cold morning. Overthinking kills dreams, goals, visions, and your self worth.

“God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭46:5‬ ‭NIVUK‬‬
