Exercise releases hormones that provide an excellent environment for the growth of new brain cells. It also promotes neuroplasticity that stimulates new connections in the brain.

Socializing improves our overall mental health, improves cognitive function and prevents cognitive decline. Studies have shown that socializing might also lower the risk of dementia.
