August 3 GROWN UP CONVERSATIONS with JUNE DOYLE

Outside of our comfort zone is where we will always find God’s favor extended. When our imaginary friends stop talking to us, we will hear God’s voice in the stillness of our heart.

In our hesitation, we will find God at the intersection leading the way. When our talent does not give us a seat at the table, we will find the table God has prepared for us.

STOP being a prisoner of fear. Memories trigger memories. “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”

LOOK at the birds. They do not plant seeds in the ground. They do not cut down plants to eat. They have no buildings to store food. But God, your Father in heaven, gives them food to eat. You are much more valuable than the birds.”

Be brave enough to LISTEN to your heart. That decision you are afraid to take is about to change your life forever. “This is what God says, “Forget about what’s happened; don’t keep going over old history. Be alert, be present. Use your EYES – “As long as I can remember, good people have never been left helpless, and their children have never gone begging for food. They gladly give and lend, and their children turn out good.”

Use your EARS – “Whether you turn to the right or to the left, you will hear a voice saying, “This is the road! Now follow it.”

Then use your FEET – “Know where you are headed, and you will stay on solid ground. Don’t make a mistake by turning to the right or the left.”
