To get to the next level, you have to stop living in the past. Sometimes we block our own blessings by holding on to things that drain our energy and makes us emotionally bankrupt.

Getting to a new level requires separation. You are much more than what has happened to you.

Everyone is fighting their own battles, but not everyone lose faith in the battle. You don’t have to prove to anyone that you are a victim of misfortune.

The goal is to become a healthier and happier version of yourself.
