Those who WIN turns disappointments into opportunities. Never stop getting better at whatever inspires you. Some days will be lonely, very lonely, excruciatingly lonely, difficult lonely… but you are going to be alright. Just hang in there and trust God.

To have a winner’s mentality – blame, guilt, hangups, bad memories, shame, regrets, resentment, and pretence got to go. If you stop to mentally converse with every unhealthy feeling and emotion that comes along – the goalpost of opportunities will keep moving.

Hebrews 12:1 encourages us to “lay aside every weight” and run the race set before us.

Despite all the setbacks in life you experience, sometimes you just have to sit on the floor and figure out what to take with you to the finish line and what to leave behind.

God didn’t bring you into your 20’s, 40’s, 60’s and upwards to leave you stranded and alone. This is what God says to you – “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be confused, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

God encourages us to lay aside the weighty issues and be strong and courageous, for He’s going to be with us wherever we go. What you focus on becomes your reality. Focus on the thought that you are never alone.

Let your dependence on God remain immovable. God’s got you! If you look for positive things in life, guarantee you will find them. Like the sun even if it’s peeking through the thick dark clouds, or having real conversations with people, or watching a plant grow, or even having a job you are not very fun of.

Those who WIN turns disappointment into opportunities. Never let fear decide how you run your race. This is going to be a “GOD DID IT” kind of week. I am in it for the WIN! Hope you are too!!!
