EASTER WEEK CONVERSATIONS – TUESDAY

JESUS said Satan came to steal, kill, and destroy. Satan’s purpose is still the very same today. He’s happy to get us to believe that he doesn’t exist while instigating fights with family members and friends.
He enjoys being masked until the war is over and the wounded die.

Sure, we cannot blame everything on the devil, but the Bible warns us to be sober, be watchful: your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

EASTER is … Jesus defeating Satan on the Cross. He lay down His life for us. The fight is OVER! Jesus said, “It is finished!”

There is a place of quiet rest, near to the heart of God. A place where sin cannot molest, near to the heart of God. O Jesus, blest Redeemer, sent from the heart of God. Hold us, who wait before thee, near to the heart of God.

Satan is very angry because he knows he only has a short time to distract us from serving God by keeping our focus on the wrong things. Intimacy with God develops in the dark and lonely places of life. Take heart! Choose where your focus will be.

Luke 24:46-47 The Scriptures say that the Messiah must suffer, then three days later he will rise from death. They also say that all people of every nation must be told in my name to turn to God, in order to be forgiven.”
