Today’s Topic: “Appreciate Your Growth”
Appreciate your growth. Who you are and who you are becoming sets the atmosphere for your next blooming season.
We have fallen many times, but we are proud of how many times we got back up. The little girl inside of you is proud of you.
We all can agree that when we are mad, sad, stubborn, and simply unlovable we see ourselves as not being pretty.
Gentle Reminder: We all have parts of ourselves we dislike. It’s part of being human.
Exactly how acceptable we are to other people’s flaws and insecurities should also be applied directly to ourselves. Anything else that leaves us feeling less pretty about ourselves should not be entertained.
We are still a work in progress, and we can still love ourselves and come out way ahead of everyone who isn’t trying.
As we reflect on how far we have come from a child to an adult… let’s appreciate our growth because we know it took a lot to be who we are today.
Leave behind whatever wasn’t healthy and unproductive. Your broken pieces are where the healing began because you were brave enough to listen to your heart.
No more hiding. You are way more than enough.
As we grow older, let’s look back and appreciate every step of the way. We are healthy. We are blessed and today is going to go down as another growth spurt in life.
Your growth is more than the physical changes and material things you have accumulated over the years. Clap louder for yourself for coming through the storms with the cards you were given.
Quote: “In life, you will realize there is a role for everyone you meet. Some will test you, some will use you, some will love, and some will teach you. But the ones that are truly important are the ones who will bring out the best in you. They are the rare and amazing people who remind you why it is worth it.”
Thank you to everyone who have helped me grow. I appreciate my own personal growth. I trust you too have appreciated your growth. We are all growing and should be applauded.
Philippians 4:6-7 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
Prayer Time: Father, help us to be grateful for the life you have given to us and may we leave people better than we met them. We will not be anxious about anything. In Jesus Name, Amen
Time is precious make sure you are spending it with those who respect your growth. You did the best you could with what you knew back then.
