Mothers: Fear is Not an Option

Fear is activated when we sense danger, or where a situation reminds us of a past trauma, or when we are alone in an unfamiliar place. Our heart rate becomes abnormal, our breathing increase, and our imagination magnifies everything.

Our immediate response is, do I run away or fight through the discomfort?
Fear is:

• False Evidence APPEARING Real.
• Forget Everything And Run
• FACE EVERYTHING AND RISE.

Fear is a feeling that magnifies everything making our life feel out of control. Let’s get real. Our imagination is our biggest enemy not fear. Fear is the side effect of our imagination. False evidence appearing real.

Funny joke: The first thing you think of when you see a spider in your bed: Aaaaaaahhhhh. The second thing you think, there may be more. The third thing you think, I’m sleeping on the couch tonight. The last thing you think, sleep. Yeah right.

I don’t think the fear of the spider is the real issue but it’s the fact that it’s dark and we are afraid of the what ifs.

Let’s step out of the what ifs and focus on making bold decisions to change our narratives. Fear is paralyzing and nothing is as regrettable as staying stuck in places you are not happy.

Faith is being sure of things we cannot see.

Fear is the evidence of things APPEARING to be real.

Faith energizes. Fear paralyzes. I don’t think it’s a difficult decision to make.

Fear is not an option if we want 2022 to be our year of breakthroughs. Let’s stop making false evidence appear to be real. Fear is just a feeling/emotion.

Faith makes us sure of what we hope for and gives us proof of what we cannot see.

Let’s please God with our crazy FAITH.
